Strategy:

Enablement:

  • I assess and continually calibrate actions vs outcomes
  • I identify opportunities and lead the charge to change direction when necessary
  • I create the momentum needed to accelerate strategy implementation

I give strategic advice and enable change as an external consultant to help your teams implement the strategy with the necessary momentum and direction

Once the strategy work is done, it’s time to move on to implementation.

As a first step, I’ll do a deep dive with you to understand your specific business needs and objectives.

Once I fully understand your business and the CONTEXT, I’ll be able to formulate a strategy.

I then work with your team members as a steward of the strategy.

The result? Your business meets its objectives as a result of an alignment between what needs to be done (strategy) and how it gets done (enablement).

How I work with clients

My goal is to set you up for success and EMPOWER you and your teams.

I give you the strategic input you need so that you and your team have a roadmap for implementation. I then take on the role of enabler to shape, guide and review the strategy implementation through your existing teams.

Strategic work includes:

  • Evaluation of the current situation through a Marketing Audit (the outcome is a document of findings and recommendations)
  • Development of a Marketing and Digital Transformation Strategy (what are the high level strategies to focus on based on the audit?)
  • Creation of a set of Marketing Tactics (what specific actions will be taken, by whom, how and by when?)
  • Development of an Analytics and Reporting Framework to help you set benchmarks and targets to measure your key marketing performance metrics

Enablement work includes:

  • Finding relevant remote or internal team members and building teams
  • Creating workstreams and processes
  • Building dashboards and reporting templates
  • Finding relevant partners and relationships
  • Constant stewardship of the strategy to shape implementation, review results and optimise

Timezones and language

I usually work for English-speaking clients who have their regular working hours in the time zones for the UK, Europe and Africa.

Exceptions in areas in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and similar result in smaller windows of time zone overlap and may result in delayed responses or less efficient project implementation.
